This training is for peer specialists with certifications of CRPS-A, CRPS-F, or CRPS. This training will prepare participants to provide incident and consumer satisfaction review and evidence based practice fidelity monitoring for Florida’s Department of Children and Families. The goal of the training and subsequent CQI activities is to improve the quality of services in the system of care by including input, critique, and recommendations for improvement from the individuals and families served by the system. Participants must agree to be available to the Department of Children and Families for consumer satisfaction review and evidence based practice reviews. In the future, stipends of $100 will be available to pay successful trainees to complete evidence based practice reviews. Space is limited for the trainings and participants will be chosen by a team of people through a peer review process.
